Terms of Service
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Paws Plus Property Care.
(revised 5/5/25) Paws Plus Property Care is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms. The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
Paws Plus Property Care offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of an acre and one dog. Larger areas will have an additional charge. There is a $5-$10 fee per additional dog depending on size. We arrive, clean your yard, and then bag all of the dog waste and dispose of the waste bag in the homeowner’s garbage can. If you wish for us to take it with us, a $10 waste disposal fee will be added to your monthly bill as outlined below under “Additional Fees.”
The Customer understands that if Paws Plus Property Care can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard, the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. Paws Plus Property Care suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $10 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.
Paws Plus Property Care will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding, or an accumulation of snow. Paws Plus Property Care is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. In these cases, we will skip service for that week and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.
Paws Plus Property Care does not provide services on the following holidays: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your pick-up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick-up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.
Paws Plus Property Care pre-bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean-up, a first-time clean-up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30-day period, you will be removed from the schedule. One-Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late, Paws Plus Property Care will turn your account over to collections.
We will always do our best to clean your yard as thoroughly as possible. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. Keeping your grass mowed low and your yard free of debris will ensure the best service from us. The following are items we charge extra for:
Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/visit)
Additional dog fee ($5-$10 per additional dog, depending on size)
Come Back request ($10/time)
Cleaning rocks/pebbled areas ($5/visit)
Waiting – If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($5/visit)
Poop Disposal Fee – If you opt for us to take your dog’s waste with us for disposal, a $10 fee will be added to your monthly bill. This fee also applies to one time cleanups.
We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.
We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business. Your information is for Paws Plus Property Care use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.
We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance, or development of our System. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.
Paws Plus Property Care provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit this page regularly to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance of any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Year’s Day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shutdown.
Late payment fee: $10 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month.
